 WHEN & WHERE:
Auditions will be held Tuesday, April 19th at 6:00 PM & 7:00 PM at the Edward R. Driggers City of Greer Center for the Arts, located at 804 Trade Street, Greer, SC, 29651. You must sign up for an audition slot on our SignUpGenius by Monday, April 18th. • Greer Idol Junior (ages 8-15) auditions will be from 6 – 7 PM • Greer Idol (age 16+) auditions will be from 7 – 8 PM WHAT TO PREPARE: For your audition, be prepared to sing two 30-second selections of songs of contrasting styles. Chosen songs and your appearance/attire should be family-friendly. Judges will be scoring based on Vocal Skills, Audience Appeal, and Stage Presence. COMPETITION INFORMATION: Live Performance Dates: May 14, June 18, July 16, Aug 27 and Sept 17, 2022 at Tunes in the Park in Greer City Park. During every Round, Judges will be scoring based on Vocal Skills, Audience Appeal, and Stage Presence. There will also be a public voting component of the competition.
